Description: Hotel is seeking a professional to work as Maitre, responsible for coordinating restaurant, bar, and room service operations. We are looking for someone with solid experience in hospitality, a focus on excellent customer service, and strong team leadership skills. Main responsibilities:* Plan, coordinate, and supervise restaurant, bar, and room service activities; * Welcome guests, escort them to tables, and ensure a welcoming experience; * Manage reservations and table arrangements; * Promote the sale of dishes and wines according to customer preferences; * Participate in the development of food and beverage menus; * Attend to guests, listening to suggestions, complaints, and resolving issues; * Coordinate food and beverage service for events; * Ensure product replenishment by placing orders and requests; * Contribute to the department's budget and control operational costs; * Ensure compliance with food safety best practices and self-control procedures; * Lead the team: recruit, train, schedule, monitor performance, and motivate staff; * Prepare work schedules, vacation plans, time tracking, hour banks, and other related controls; * Substitute for superiors during their absences and assist in inventory control of utensils and materials.
