Join a team that values responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement—empowering teams and ensuring operational excellence. **Responsibilities and Duties** * On-site customer support: Perform installations, preventive and corrective maintenance on chemical dosing equipment and systems; * Support and Training: Train operators and teams on proper equipment and product usage to ensure efficiency and safety; * Technical Control: Issue detailed visit and intervention reports, ensuring traceability, compliance, and accuracy of information; * Performance Monitoring: Monitor equipment performance, identify recurring failures, and propose technical and operational improvements; * Technical Integration: Support engineering and after-sales teams in field testing and validation of new equipment; * Materials Management: Control usage and replenishment of parts, tools, and technical supplies, keeping inventory updated and organized. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education and a completed technical or vocational course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Mechatronics, Automation, or related fields; * Experience in the electrical field; practical knowledge of electrical control systems, schematic reading, hydraulics, and industrial equipment maintenance; * Experience with industrial equipment/machinery; * Intermediate computer skills (e.g., generating technical reports).
