We are seeking a **Support Consultant** to join our **Service Desk**, focused on delivering a seamless, empathetic, and high-quality experience to users of the **Sankhya System**. The professional will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing agile and accurate technical support, and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and system usability. *All our positions are open to people with disabilities!* *Why not join our team and embark on this journey with us?* **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Analyze and resolve incidents and inquiries, seeking rapid solutions that ensure platform ERP operation and management; * Maintain smooth communication with customers, keeping them informed about ticket progress; * Investigate complex issues, acting preventively and proposing creative solutions addressing root causes; * Delight customers by delivering agile, effective, and innovative solutions. * Will handle electronic documents, Electronic Invoice (NF-e), Service Invoice (NFS-e), Electronic Cargo Manifest (CT-e), Electronic Freight Bill (MDF-e), and all related fiscal document issuance routines. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support or Service Desk roles; * Knowledge of administrative processes, NFS-e/NF-e issuance, CT-e; * Familiarity with the Sankhya System (ERP) is desirable; * Basic SQL knowledge (simple queries) and log analysis skills are desirable; * Availability to work on-site in Uberlândia, MG. *If you seek growth, new challenges, and want to join a team building something big, this is your place!
