Key responsibilities include: * General administrative support; * Document copying, scanning, and organization; * Physical and digital document archiving; * Data and information entry into systems; * Internal document control and tracking; * Distribution of documents to employees; * Collection of signatures on documents; * Registration data entry and information updates; * Support in gathering commercial information; * Telephone reception and support for departmental requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or completed high school education. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite: Windows, Word, Excel). * Proficiency with technology and typing. * Must reside in **UBERLÂNDIA \- MG.** Inspiring people to innovate contributes to development! **Grupo Maqnelson** has been innovating across generations, building its legacy over more than 65 years.
