Engage, develop, and guide sales representatives **COMMERCIAL SUPERVISOR** **Industry:** Auto Parts We are looking for a **Sales Supervisor** to lead, develop, and oversee our sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of results. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage each sales representative's client portfolio (active and inactive); * Monitor goals and campaigns, holding the team accountable, providing motivation and support to achieve objectives; * Manage multiple priorities while keeping the team focused and productive; * Engage, develop, and guide sales representatives, offering continuous support and constructive feedback; * Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring goal and task completion; * Proactively address routine sales team activities. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: **R$ 2.700,00 + commission + meal allowance + medical insurance + dental insurance + transportation allowance.** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Pay Range: R$2.700,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
