If yes, this is your opportunity! **Work Mode**: On-site – Indianópolis/MG As a **Monitoring Technician III**, your **key responsibilities** include: * Serving as the technical reference for condition monitoring; * Managing the database (backups, access control, configuration, standardized setups, alarm management); * Supporting advanced vibration diagnostics (e.g., Operational Deflection Shapes [ODS], Cascade plots, Synchronous Averages, Dynamic Profiles, Transient Analysis, Variable Correlation); * Analyzing and diagnosing vibration on critical, highly complex equipment (online and offline); * Performing measurement and diagnostics on low-speed equipment using complementary techniques (Vibration, Acoustic Emission, Lubricant Analysis); * Collecting field/route data using measurement instruments (vibration, temperature, noise, photographic and thermographic images); * Conducting MPL (First-Line Maintenance) inspections based on human senses, possibly minimally instrumented; * Performing internal inspections of gearboxes, bearings, and rolling elements; * Gathering technical data in the field; * Monitoring the online system (condition alarms and system health); * Tracking MPL inspection records and requirements (First-Line Maintenance, based on human senses and/or minimally instrumented); * Approving and issuing condition reports and risk assessments; * Performing static/dynamic multi-plane balancing of rigid/flexible rotors; * Supervising shaft alignment on complex, critical machinery operating under hot conditions, using dial indicators and/or laser alignment tools; * Performing shaft alignment on rotating machinery using laser alignment tools; * Commissioning and start-up of new rotating equipment and equipment after maintenance (basic equipment, complex and critical systems); * Collaborating with all maintenance departments to define the risk matrix; * Recommending equipment shutdown due to imminent failure posing risks to equipment integrity, personnel safety, or the environment; * Providing technical support for equipment failure analysis, leveraging historical monitoring data and diagnostic possibilities; * Developing additional technical reports beyond routine reports; * Developing procedures and technical instructions; * Training and developing the monitoring and maintenance team (alignment, balancing, spectral analysis, bearing concepts, sensory and instrumented inspection, mechanical thermography, etc.); * Developing team capability to apply complementary or multi-technique methods (Vibration, Mechanical Thermography, Ultrasonics, Acoustic Emission, Lubricant Analysis); * Mapping, monitoring, and developing technology suppliers for monitoring solutions; * Monitoring and implementing new projects related to monitoring activities; * Proposing innovations to condition monitoring practices.
