Focus on financial health and strategic goals **Job Description:** The Controller Analyst will monitor financial resources, prepare management reports, track budgets (Budget/Forecast), and analyze costs to ensure the company's financial health and achievement of strategic goals. Essential in decision-making, works with ERPs and advanced Excel, analyzing variances and proposing corrective actions. **Note: Please indicate your salary expectation.** **Main Responsibilities:** * **Budgetary Control: Preparation and monitoring of the annual budget and revisions (forecast).** * **Management Reports: Creation of dashboards, trial balances, and KPI analyses.** * **Variance Analysis: Identification of deviations between budgeted and actual figures (expenses/revenues).** * **Cost and Margin Analysis: Evaluation of contribution margin and profitability of products/services.** * **Monthly Closing: Interface with accounting to validate financial results.** **Requirements:** **Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting, Administration, or related fields (mandatory)** Knowledge of cost management, accounting, financial analysis, and inventory control Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities. Familiarity with cost management systems. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team Proven experience in the field Advanced Excel ERP system 8-hour shift \- working from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
