Assisting in various maintenance and infrastructure activities Join UNIUBE — an institution with over 75 years of promoting education and generating knowledge! **Job Description:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on masonry, structural systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems; * Unclog toilets when necessary; * Install inspection boxes in masonry, concrete, and flooring; * Carry out construction and repair services on masonry, and install doors, grilles, and other fixtures; * Install infrastructure networks; * Assist in wall painting, roof cleaning, and installation of banners and signage; * Perform, according to competence, electrical repairs, replacement of ballasts and lamps, circuit breakers, maintenance of wiring, branch circuits, and other tasks inherent to electrical infrastructure operation; * Perform corrective and preventive mechanical maintenance on chairs and small equipment; * Assist in assemblies requiring mechanical knowledge; * Assemble partitions and doors, maintain blinds, maintain Paviflex flooring, PVC ceilings, polycarbonate panels, and assist in curtain maintenance; * Fabricate keys, change lock combinations and padlock codes, install glass, and perform lock maintenance and solar film installation. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 6 months of documented work experience in CTPS. **Benefits:** * Hazard pay; * Transportation allowance; * Legal assistance; * Free parking; * Health insurance (Unimed); * Meal allowance (R$ 200.00); * Partnership with Sesc in Uberlândia; * Dental insurance (Uniodonto). **Salary:** R$ 2,851.00. **Location:** Vila Gávea Campus This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PCDs).
