Monitors motor pumps and reservoir water levels, working as part of a team **Salary:** R$2,136.50 per month **Job Description:** **Position: Building Maintenance Technician** **City: Uberlândia** **Responsibilities:** * Performs electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance tasks, including replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment; maintains glass surfaces and façades, cleans premises and accessories, and manages swimming pools; works in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. * Cleans and maintains aerial pipelines and hydraulic infrastructure * Monitors the operation of motor pump sets and reservoir water levels through on-site inspections * Unclogs pipes, drains, sinks, toilets, and urinals * Performs other duties inherent to the position, as requested by the contract supervisor * Collaborates as part of a team with other professionals, assisting them in carrying out their tasks **Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws)** **Benefits:** * Food basket or meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance **Education:** * Completed High School (Preferred) **Experience:** * Building Maintenance Technician (Preferred) **License/Certification:** Do you have training in electrical installation and repair?
