We are looking for a **Performance Processes and Operations Analyst**, responsible for structuring, optimizing, and ensuring efficiency in Boomer's internal workflows. You will work directly with Media, Design, CS, and Growth teams, identifying bottlenecks, improving ClickUp usage, and implementing routines that enhance operational predictability and productivity. This is a strategic role.
