Handle returns of products received in non-conformance. Perform administrative tasks in the procurement department. Verify invoices against respective purchase orders for proper entry. Deliver purchased materials to the requester, if necessary. Issue third-party production orders. Input MRP demand information. Support all departmental activities. Requirements: Technical or vocational training, or incomplete higher education (Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields); Intermediate Excel; 1–2 years of experience in the role. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (Monday to Friday) Benefits: Medical and dental plans, Total Pass, Transportation Allowance, Meal Allowance R$350.00, On-site cafeteria, Birthday day off.
