Job Summary: This role involves online tutoring, grading assignments, providing pedagogical and technological support, and participating in training sessions. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct tutoring in online courses and moderate discussion forums. 2. Provide qualified feedback and pedagogical support to students. 3. Encourage student autonomy and engagement in learning. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct tutoring for online courses, including doubt-clearing sessions, moderating discussion forums, and preparing monitoring reports; * Support the theoretical-methodological development of courses by guiding and assisting students in the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE); * Grade assignments and assessments (including self-correcting ones) within the virtual environment, providing qualified feedback to students within deadlines set by the course instructor and the course schedule; * Provide technological and pedagogical support to students experiencing difficulties with the platform or with distance learning; * Regularly inform the course instructor and program coordination about students’ performance, participation, and any difficulties encountered; * Encourage student autonomy by promoting research, active participation in assigned activities, and engagement in the learning process; * Mandatory participation in the institution’s distance education training and professional development programs; * On-site work. * Prepare periodic activity reports following the institutional template, using data extracted from Moodle. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in fields compatible with FATRA’s programs (Education, Management, Humanities, Health, or related areas); * Postgraduate specialization, master’s degree, or doctorate in the relevant field is desirable; * Updated and properly documented Lattes Curriculum, including academic qualifications, teaching experience in higher education, and scientific, technical, cultural, or artistic output (where applicable); * Proven experience using the Moodle platform (minimum 1 year as a tutor, instructor, or distance education support staff); * Proactive, organized profile with excellent written communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
