**Opportunity: Production Operator** We are seeking a committed professional, attentive to details, and interested in working in an industrial environment, contributing to the quality and efficiency of production processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Operate and feed industrial machines and equipment according to technical instructions and Good Manufacturing Practices. * Monitor machine operation, perform adjustments, and control process parameters to ensure the quality of produced parts. * Handle, transport, and store materials and products in accordance with internal procedures. * Maintain a clean, organized, and properly conditioned workplace, including machines and tools. * Communicate clearly and objectively with team members and supervisors regarding incidents and task performance. * Comply with safety rules and procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazardous situations. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Completed high school education * Minimum of 6 months of experience in this role or related areas **Desirable** * Experience in an industrial environment * Knowledge of machine operation **Working Hours** * Monday to Saturday * Shift: 12:42 PM to 6:00 PM / 7:00 PM to 10:26 PM Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: BRL 2,360.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
