Execution of product quality monitoring analyses Job Description: **Requirements:** * Experience in the food industry—preferably dairy and dairy-derived product manufacturing—as production, quality, or laboratory staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to complete physical and digital records efficiently. **Job Description:** * Monitor control points on production lines related to PAC, regulated by SIF/MAPA. * Ensure products and services meet established quality standards through daily inspections. * Implement corrective and preventive actions to address deviations from good manufacturing practices. * Conduct product quality monitoring analyses for in-process and finished products (Brix, color, temperature, viscosity, etc.). * Monitor the CCP for time-temperature control during candy cooking. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical education in Food Science, Clinical Analysis, Laboratory Technology, or another technical or undergraduate program related to the food industry—completed or in progress. * Knowledge of industrial laboratory practices is preferred. * Experience with systems is preferred.
