




Job Opening: Human Resources Assistant Location: On-site in São Sebastião do Paraíso/MG. We are seeking a **Human Resources Assistant** to support departmental routines, contributing to organization, control, and excellent service to employees. Main responsibilities: * Monitoring and verifying employee timekeeping records; * Supporting hiring, termination, and vacation processes; * Organizing, controlling, and archiving documents; * Scheduling admission, termination, and periodic medical examinations; * Managing the distribution and records of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); * Attending to employee requests related to HR matters; * Supporting payroll processing; * Assisting with travel advance controls; * Supporting benefits management and control; * Providing support for other administrative HR activities. Desired qualifications: * Completed high school education (advantage: pursuing or having completed a university degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities; * Basic knowledge of Personnel Department routines is an advantage; * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency.
