Job Summary: We are seeking a generalist legal professional to handle debt collection and legal proceedings monitoring, providing direct support to condominium managers and interested parties. Experience in Condominium Law, Civil Law, or Debt Collection We seek a professional who will work as a **generalist in the legal field**, supporting both **debt collection** activities and **legal proceedings monitoring**, while directly engaging with condominium managers and other interested parties. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handling **judicial and extrajudicial debt collection** of condominium fees; * Issuing **legal notices** and official communications; * Drafting **simple petitions and procedural statements**; * **Monitoring legal proceedings** (case developments, deadlines, and updates); * Providing direct support to **condominium managers, unit owners, and interested parties**, clarifying legal questions related to condominiums; * Providing general support for the legal department’s requirements. **Requirements:** * Active Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration; * Experience in **Condominium Law, Civil Law, or Debt Collection**; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility; * Proactive profile, with ease in interpersonal interaction and managing multiple tasks. * Availability for on-site work at the office (Monday to Friday). **Compensation and Benefits:** * Fixed salary of **R$ 3.200,00 \+ monthly commission** based on collected amounts; Employment type: Full-time Payment: R$3.200,00 \- R$3.400,00 per month Experience: * Debt Collection?
