




**About the Hub** An educational hub dedicated to serving students enrolled in in-person and distance learning programs, providing administrative, academic, and operational support. We seek an organized, proactive, and committed professional who ensures excellent service to our students. **Responsibilities** Provide in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp support to students and prospective students. Process enrollments, re-enrollments, issue documents, and update student records. Support academic processes: attendance tracking, exam assistance, and organization of files and documents. Assist with payment tracking, billing, and basic financial support. Maintain a well-organized and appropriate environment at the hub for classes and student services. Enter and update data in internal systems and educational platforms. Support general administrative tasks (filing, document scanning, spreadsheets, and reports). Support promotional activities and events organized by the hub, as needed. **Requirements** Completed high school education. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic to intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office suite and system navigation). Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. Ability to effectively interact with the public. **Preferred Qualifications** Prior experience in administrative roles or within educational institutions. Familiarity with EAD platforms and academic management systems. Social media skills to support hub initiatives.
