





**Responsibilities:** * Support the control and management of invoices related to construction projects and services; * Conduct verification of received materials and incoming documents; * Assist in tracking orders and contracts within the department; * Support the preparation and updating of control reports and spreadsheets; * Organize and archive technical and administrative documents; * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the engineering team. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in administrative routines (preferably in engineering, civil construction, or related fields); * Experience in invoice management and material verification; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team; **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Work will be conducted at the office, with occasional site visits to construction projects.
