Actualmente buscamos un **Líder de Producción** para trabajar en nuestra Planta Frigorífica de Pescado en **Araguari/MG**. **Responsabilidades y atribuciones** * Controlar, supervisar y orientar la ejecución de los procesos productivos de la Planta Frigorífica, relacionados con las etapas de sacrificio, despiece y procesamiento de pescado, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos, los estándares de calidad, la seguridad alimentaria y las normas de seguridad laboral, conforme a la legislación vigente en materia de vigilancia sanitaria y seguridad alimentaria, así como a las metas establecidas por la empresa. * Supervisar los indicadores de producción, calidad y rendimiento, garantizando la estandarización de los procesos, el correcto cumplimiento de normas, procedimientos y Programas de Calidad y Seguridad, reportando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas y de mejora continua. * Orientar, asignar y supervisar las actividades del equipo operativo, promoviendo la correcta ejecución de las tareas, la integración del equipo y el cumplimiento del plan de producción, asegurando productividad, calidad del producto y el uso adecuado de los recursos. * Participar en la capacitación y desarrollo del equipo mediante orientaciones prácticas y entrenamientos operativos, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procedimientos definidos y el logro de los resultados esperados. * Supervisar las necesidades de producción y las adaptaciones en las líneas de sacrificio y despiece, identificando anomalías y comunicándolas al gestor inmediato para tomar las medidas necesarias, además de sugerir mejoras en los procesos orientadas a la eficiencia, calidad y seguridad. * Supervisar la programación de la producción, verificando el cumplimiento de las demandas de los clientes y de las metas organizacionales. * Promover la implementación y el cumplimiento de los planes de trabajo, políticas, procedimientos y herramientas del sistema de gestión del área, asegurando que el equipo actúe conforme a los estándares establecidos en materia de seguridad, calidad, plazos y costos. * Contribuir al planeamiento de las actividades del área, apoyando a la gestión en el control de los resultados operacionales y en el cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos por la empresa. **Requisitos y calificaciones** * Educación secundaria completa. * Experiencia en gestión de personal. * Conocimientos informáticos. * Residir en la ciudad de Araguari/MG.
