Job Summary: Painter responsible for applying paint, preparing surfaces, performing touch-ups, maintenance, and conservation, while ensuring workplace safety and compliance with regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Perform interior and exterior painting on various surfaces of the shopping center 2. Prepare surfaces for painting and apply different types of paint 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of building painting Perform interior and exterior painting on walls, ceilings, doors, grilles, columns, and other surfaces of the shopping center. Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, applying filler, sealer, primer, preparatory undercoat, etc.). Perform paint touch-ups in areas damaged by water infiltration, impact, or renovation. Paint stripes, floor markings, and signage in parking and access areas. Apply different types of paint (latex, enamel, epoxy, varnish, texture, grafiato, etc.) as required. Maintain and conserve handrails, guardrails, metal frames, and wooden structures through painting or varnishing. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the worksite, protecting floors, furniture, and equipment prior to painting. Safely operate painting equipment (roller, brush, spray gun, compressor). Respond to corrective service requests and perform preventive maintenance related to building painting. Support the maintenance team in related civil works (minor masonry repairs, plaster, drywall, etc.). Comply with occupational safety regulations, use of PPE, and shopping center procedures.
