Monitoring and tracking of traffic violations committed by drivers (extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Control and request of documents from drivers involved in accidents and traffic incidents. Contact with third-party drivers to explain procedures. Direct contact with internal departments responsible for handling customer requests.
