Job Summary: A professional to supervise composting plant operations, ensure quality control, develop production plans, and manage teams. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise operation and quality at composting plants 2. Develop production plans and monitor KPIs 3. Manage teams with focus on safety and compliance **Responsibilities:** · Supervise the company's composting plants (Uberlândia and Indianópolis), ensuring structured operational planning aligned with established processes and procedures; · Ensure quality control of raw materials / incoming organic waste, in-process products, and finished products, enabling traceability of raw materials (organic waste) and processed batches; · Develop production plans and verify mass balance and final product compliance with legal specifications (MAPA), monitoring team fieldwork and biodegradation and stabilization process indicators; · Report productivity indicators based on operational efficiency (budget vs. cost); · Supervise work teams with emphasis on planning, safety, employee well-being, and legal compliance; **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy (completed or in progress, with Technical Agriculture/Environmental course). **Requirements:** Knowledge of fertilizers, soil fertility, and plant nutrition; composting and organic matter dynamics in soil; Brazilian fertilizer legislation; interpretation of soil and fertilizer analysis reports; indicator management and data analysis. **Experience** (Preferred): Prior experience in composting and/or fertilizer manufacturing with ABNT ISO certification; knowledge of field-level agricultural experimentation. **Compensation:** R$ 6.000,00 (six thousand Brazilian reais) Fuel allowance: R$301,00 \+ Meal allowance: R$401,00 \+ Bonus up to R$180,00\.
