We are looking for an **Operational Supervisor** to join our team! **Responsibilities:** * Supervise and oversee the team involved in specific technical activities; * Monitor and ensure execution of scheduled activities; * Support preparation of technical budgets; * Occasionally perform tasks at heights and in confined spaces; * Drive company vehicles as required; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in operational/technical areas; * Knowledge of maintenance routines (corrective and preventive); * Availability to work at heights and in confined spaces; * Valid driver’s license; * Leadership, organizational, and responsible profile. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in air conditioning and refrigeration; * Training in NR-10, NR-35, and NR-33. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **Preventive and corrective maintenance** of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. * **Assessment and sizing** of locations for equipment installation. * **Diagnosis and repair** of electrical and mechanical failures, according to projects and technical standards. * **User guidance** on equipment operation and proper maintenance. **Benefits that make a difference:** * Birthday Day-Off – a day off for you to enjoy however you wish! * Cost-of-living allowance * TotalPass **Working Hours:** 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday **Salary:** R$3,000.00 to R$5,000.00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3,000.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site
