Perform intermediate equipment checks and evaluate trends and critical analysis. Verify control items for analytical techniques according to the frequency specified in the Specific Procedure and evaluate trends and critical analysis of control charts. Act as an authorized signatory responsible for technical and management requirements (provided the individual meets the requirements for functions defined in PE 14.8.018). Prepare quality control for laboratory analyses. Prepare culture media, solutions, and release them for use. Participate in innovation testing. Organize and maintain the area according to the 5S methodology. Report non-conformities in laboratory processes and propose actions to address risks and improvements. Perform critical analysis of results and enter them into the LIMS system. Clean equipment according to the frequency established in Work Instructions. Conduct inventory of reagents, solutions, culture media, and materials in the LIMS system. Read and interpret diagrams and graphs. Prepare equipment for use according to Work Instructions. Participate in internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 (Accreditation standard for laboratories performing testing and/or calibration). Monitor the handling of non-conformities by the sample requester (critical analysis upon sample receipt). Respond to internal and external audits related to your activities and CGCRE evaluations. Receive samples registered in the LIMS system to record their entry into the laboratory, according to Work Instructions. Work in alignment with BRF’s Quality, Integrity, and Safety Commitments.
