### **Responsibilities** Incident Management Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents reported by B2B customers. Work on products such as Internet Link, VPN, L2L, and IP Transit. Participate in technical meetings with customers and internal teams for collaborative resolution. Troubleshooting Diagnose failures in L2 (Ethernet, VLAN, STP, LACP) and L3 (IP, static/dynamic routing) networks. Interpret equipment logs, alarms, and metrics. Use tools such as Wireshark, NMAP, SNMP, syslog, and NetFlow. Perform connectivity tests, traffic analysis, and configuration validation. Document root causes and propose preventive actions. ### **Education** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in STEM fields (Information Systems, Engineering, Networking). ### **Additional Requirements** Proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience and resolve highly complex problems. ### **Behavioral Competencies** Communication, negotiation, energy, emotional balance, flexibility, teamwork, and sense of urgency. ### **Technical Competencies** Technical Competencies: L2 (Ethernet, VLAN, STP, LACP) and L3 (IP, static/dynamic routing) networking. Experience with GPON and MetroEthernet is desirable. Monitoring protocols (SNMP, syslog, NetFlow). Traffic analysis tools (Wireshark, NMAP). ### **Required Experience** Experience in ISPs, telecom operators, or system integrators.
