




Position: Junior Support Analyst I - Azship Tecnologia We are looking for a proactive, communicative professional with a strong desire to learn to join our Support team and be the entry point for solving our clients' problems in the logistics and technology fields. If you are starting your career in IT and have a passion for helping others, this position is for you! Your Main Responsibilities: Handling and Triage: Be the first point of contact for the client (via chat, email, or phone), listening, understanding, and clearly recording issues and questions in our ticketing system (Service Desk). Level I Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve low and medium complexity issues in our logistics management products and platforms. Escalation: When an issue is beyond your scope, document the ticket with detailed and accurate information so that the Level II Support/Development team can quickly take over. Documentation: Maintain and create articles in our Knowledge Base (FAQs, tutorials, step-by-step guides) to empower clients and speed up future support interactions. Follow-up: Monitor the status of open tickets, ensuring SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance and providing constant feedback to the client regarding progress. What We Expect From You: Ongoing or completed degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity when interacting with users of varying technical levels. Basic knowledge of Computer Networks and Operating Systems concepts is desirable. Organizational skills to manage priorities and handle multiple tickets simultaneously. Highly proactive with a strong willingness to learn about new technologies and the Logistics (Supply Chain) field.
