Description: We are looking for a Support Consultant (Financial) to ensure high-quality customer service and first-level support through service channels (phone, chat, ticket creation). RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Identify whether customers contacting us are eligible for Service Desk support (in automation process); * Provide end-to-end customer support, resolving their inquiries and incidents, including testing in case of errors / Ticket follow-up; * Resolve all customer questions and record all relevant information in the service history; * Inform the customer about the generated ticket and clarify any doubts regarding the support process (timelines, workflows, etc.); * Correctly identify the urgency and priority of tickets, redirecting them to the appropriate queues when necessary; Handle routine situations, financial transactions, invoice write-offs, bank reconciliation, contract control, and service orders based on finance. * REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * ERP knowledge is desirable; * Experience in customer service and the financial area; * Higher education in progress or completed in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
