Schedule work shifts for the front desk team and others. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with current standards and regulations; * Prepare managerial reports and asset analyses to support strategic decision-making; * Supervise and guide the asset assistant team, promoting training and development; * Collaborate with other departments of the company, providing information and resolving asset-related requests. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting or related fields; * Experience in asset management, preferably in medium or large companies; * Knowledge of control systems; * Leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills; * Proficiency in applicable standards and regulations; * Familiarity with data analysis tools and report preparation. **Additional information:** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
