




**Description:** **Mandatory:** . Technical course; . Driver’s license, Category B; . Experience in transmission line maintenance or construction; **Desirable:** . Experience in substations; . Courses in Basic Electricity, Industrial Electrician, or related fields. . Perform predictive and preventive maintenance by conducting rapid, detailed, and specific inspections on energized and/or de-energized transmission lines to comply with the maintenance plan; . Perform corrective maintenance arising from anomalies identified during rapid, detailed, and specific inspections on energized and/or de-energized transmission lines (e.g., clearing access roads, unblocking routes, vegetation cutting, tower restoration, insulator and hardware replacement, conductor/OPGW/lightning protection cable repair, fence grounding, among others), to restore operational and safety conditions; . Perform, under supervision, specialized maintenance on energized lines, adhering to Engineering procedures and requirements established by Occupational Safety; . Respond to emergency and urgent situations by performing special inspections, locating and identifying causes of automatic circuit interruptions; . Contribute to the preservation and maintenance of facilities and branch offices, ensuring infrastructure remains in good condition for proper execution of activities; . Record defects/anomalies identified during inspections in the maintenance management software, to keep the corrective maintenance schedule updated; . Provide technical information regarding failures, as well as equipment and system performance, reporting to the immediate supervisor to support analysis by Engineering specialists; . Ensure proper use and maintenance of transmission line maintenance tools and instruments, to safeguard personnel safety and company assets; . Maintain routine contact with landowners along transmission line routes, identifying and reporting points of dissatisfaction to the supervisor to sustain positive relationships and ensure unrestricted access for service execution; . Contribute to preparation of inspection reports following pre-established Engineering standards, to meet contractual deadlines and legal requirements; . Monitor and/or assist in commissioning and acceptance of new equipment and transmission lines, complying with the commissioning plan and executive project, to obtain approval for commercial operation; . Support the substation team in executing predictive, preventive, and corrective activities to meet the maintenance plan and established targets; . Operate company vehicles in compliance with traffic legislation and fleet policy, ensuring safety, asset protection, and the image of COTESA and its clients; . Receive materials and equipment, controlling, organizing, cleaning, and maintaining spare parts in good condition, following established procedures, and suggesting improvements to storage conditions to ensure optimal inventory usability; . Comply with applicable laws and internal procedures, correctly using and maintaining PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE), proactively addressing risks during tasks to safeguard health and safety; . Monitor area performance indicators to understand process outcomes; .
