**Location**: Uberlândia - On-site **Responsibilities**: * Administer and maintain relational and non-relational databases (SQL Server and MongoDB), ensuring high availability, integrity, and security of information; * Perform advanced performance tuning by analyzing execution plans, indexes, and system bottlenecks; * Define, implement, and monitor backup, restore, and disaster recovery policies; * Support and review complex data modeling, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and governance; * Develop and review high-performance procedures, triggers, views, and critical queries; Propose and implement best practices in data architecture, monitoring, and automation of routines; * Act proactively and reactively in incidents, leading root cause analyses and action plans; Document database processes, standards, and policies; * Collaborate with development, BI, and business teams, supporting data-driven strategic decisions. **Requirements**: * Completed Bachelor's degree in a related field; * Solid experience with SQL Server (administration, tuning, and security); * Practical experience with MongoDB and knowledge of NoSQL databases; * Expertise in query optimization and advanced data modeling (normalization, denormalization, indexing, partitioning, etc.); * Knowledge of replication, high availability, and scalability strategies; * Experience with data security and governance policies; * Analytical and strategic mindset, with strong ownership and technical leadership; * Good communication skills and ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams; * Proactivity in anticipating problems and proposing innovative solutions.
