Information is consolidated into a single environment and used to support more consistent credit decisions—always in conjunction with financial, legal, and behavioral data. **AgFlow**: A credit pipeline responsible for structuring and organizing the credit analysis and decision-making journey—from registration to formalization. **CredAcademy**: Training for professionals seeking authority in agricultural credit. **Your Responsibilities:** * Technically lead application development, focusing on frontend evolution and integration with backend and infrastructure; * Work hands-on to develop critical features—primarily in frontend—while also supporting backend tasks as needed; * Define and evolve architecture standards, code organization, and engineering best practices; * Ensure delivery quality through code reviews, testing, monitoring, and continuous process improvement; * Develop and mentor the engineering team through 1:1s, feedback, and technical growth support for developers; * Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to support decisions and balance user experience, timelines, and technical feasibility; * Ensure efficient integration across frontend, backend, and services—maintaining an end-to-end view of solutions; * Resolve complex production issues and incidents, ensuring system stability and performance; * Support technical recruitment processes, including candidate evaluation and team development; * Contribute to the evolution of development practices—including CI/CD, demand management, and operational efficiency. **What We Expect From You:** * Solid frontend development experience with React, Next.js, or Vue.js; * Consistent backend development experience (Node.js, APIs, service architecture); * Knowledge of software architecture—including monolithic and microservice applications; * Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), CI/CD, and DevOps best practices; * Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL and MongoDB); * Prior experience serving as a technical reference or leading engineering teams; * Hands-on profile—with ability to write code and lead by example; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives/products simultaneously; * Analytical mindset, focused on solution quality, performance, and scalability.
