**RESPONSIBILITIES:** We are seeking a Sales Consultant to work at a dental clinic located in Juazeiro do Norte, Ceará. The position is under a formal employment contract (CLT), with a base salary of BRL 1,518 plus commission. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This is an affirmative action position for women. Responsibilities include: executing the sales process following a predefined script; welcoming new patients, understanding and identifying customer needs and desires, and assisting them to ensure satisfaction during the initial sales process; accompanying customers throughout the evaluation process; guiding the evaluating dentist during budget preparation; requesting technical information from the evaluating dentist regarding the treatment plan; presenting the budget and thoroughly explaining the services being sold; conducting negotiations and closing budgets; contacting customers who have already undergone evaluations to finalize treatment or contract agreements; promoting promotions, campaigns, and services via telephone. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, email).
