




**Regulatory Affairs Assistant — Inata** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review documents, including spreadsheets, letters, reports, and other materials intended for management and regulatory agencies; * Develop technical and data-related documents (spreadsheets, reports, tables) associated with assigned tasks and product registration processes; * Organize and manage incoming and outgoing documents through folder creation, spreadsheet updates, and dashboards, ensuring traceability, transparency, and monitoring of departmental activities; * Collect and monitor information related to ongoing registration processes; * Analyze documents and data from Quality Control and Production departments, ensuring compliance and completeness before submission to regulatory agencies or management; * Perform other duties within the department. **Requirements:** * Ongoing technical or higher education in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related fields. * Basic to intermediate level of English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with strong organizational and data analysis skills. * **Desirable:** prior experience in Regulatory Affairs or related areas.
