Description: * Residency in Gynecology * Active CRM/SP * Perform duties in accordance with the principles of the Medical Code of Ethics and comply with workplace regulations; * Provide patient/user care according to service demand, including taking medical history, performing physical examination and formulating diagnostic hypotheses, carrying out procedures, referring patients/users for complementary examinations when necessary, initiating specific treatment or referring them to another specialty; * Conduct anamnesis and physical examination; perform or request complementary examinations and inter-specialty consultations; * Interpret clinical and complementary examination results; * Diagnose patients'/users' health status; * Inform users about significant changes in their clinical evolution and record such information in medical records; 7. Provide medical information to users, companions, family members, guardians, or caregivers, according to their level of understanding, when requested and/or necessary, in accordance with the attending physician’s guidance; * Plan admissions and discharges jointly with the multidisciplinary team and supervise clinical care delivered at the unit; * Record patient flow in reports and medical records; * Prescribe specific medications, as well as issue medical certificates and attendance confirmations. 251203020219752515
