**PRIVATE EQUITY ANALYST** **Summary:** Will be responsible for the analysis and management of the company's asset portfolio. Identify and analyze investment opportunities in various private companies to diversify the company's investments, reduce its exposure to risks, and maximize portfolio profits. Additionally, will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, defining and monitoring performance indicators of portfolio companies, consistently engaging with the market to identify new investment opportunities, assessing risks, and preparing reports and proposals to support investment decisions or decisions to exit fund positions. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and update Business Plan (capital allocation, fund thesis, asset profile, company stage, segments, among others). * Engage with the market to capture investment opportunities aligned with the fund's investment thesis. * Perform an initial screening of these opportunities to present the most attractive ones to the investment committee. * Lead the interface/negotiation between the committee and potential investee throughout the evaluation process to decide whether or not to proceed with the investment. * After investment approval, lead, with support from external firms or internal departments, the entire onboarding process of the asset (MOU, DUE, A.A., among others). * Serve as a board member of each portfolio company to monitor results and necessary actions for each business to achieve established objectives. * Implement performance indicators that provide a detailed view of investment performance, aligned with strategic goals, and propose preventive/corrective actions to ensure expected outcomes, implemented through Founders (fund holds minority stake, no control or operational role). * Provide strategic information to the Investment Committee and Shareholders' Board. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering. * Postgraduate degree in business or finance fields is desirable. **Experience:** * In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting. * Experience creating presentations and participating in meetings with leaders. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. **Technical Skills:** * Experience or knowledge in financial modeling (business planning, valuation); * Generalist profile with emphasis on business vision, but also capable of navigating commercial and financial management environments. * Focus on facts and data for decision-making based on analysis and objective evidence. * Analytical skills to generate strategic insights. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical ability, critical thinking, and ability to work under pressure. * Ability to prioritize demands and simplify problem resolution. **Other Requirements:** * Systemic understanding of a company and its businesses. **Benefits:** * A/C
