




Description: Minimum education: Completed High School; * Fill out, organize documents, spreadsheets, forms and/or reports. * Perform activities directed at specific department demands. * Send and receive documents. * Conduct performance indicator surveys for the department. * Prepare reports and relevant data as requested by immediate supervisor; * Organize schedules and room reservations for meetings and other events. * Provide information when requested by leadership to various departments. * Communicate with suppliers when requested by immediate supervisor. * Update and maintain department databases with relevant information for leadership decision-making. * Handle phone calls or e\-mails, receiving internal and external requests and forwarding them to leadership. * Perform other related tasks as determined by immediate supervisor. * Serve all internal and external clients with courtesy, respect, and efficiency. * Attend 100% of trainings to which organization summons. * Preserve and safeguard company property. * Know the company's vision and mission. * Comply with company and department regulations. * Uphold ethics and discipline within the company. * Apply 5S practices. * Perform other related tasks as determined by immediate supervisor. 2510170202241413247
