Our culture values proactivity, innovation, accountability in delivering results, and cross-team collaboration. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Actively participate in Agile methodology ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, review, etc.). * Develop and test Front End and Back End code using programming languages and frameworks. * Analyze code and databases, identify and fix issues before sending to testing. * Integrate internal and external systems via APIs. * Support deployment processes and automation using CI/CD pipelines. * Provide guidance and training to the team, promoting technical development and knowledge sharing. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 2 years of experience with PHP \+ Laravel * Experience with REST APIs in production environments * Experience with MySQL (schema design and performance optimization) * Advanced proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript * Hands-on experience with GitHub and PR reviews * Knowledge of Vue.js * Experience with CI/CD * Must reside in Uberlândia/MG **Additional Information** **Benefits** -------------- Meal Allowance – Flash Card Health Insurance Dental Insurance Childcare Assistance Birthday Day Off Remote Work Allowance Transportation Reimbursement for in-office days #### **Work Format: Hybrid (three days in-office, two remote).** #### **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.** **Ipê Digital** is a technology company providing software and services for optical stores.
