**Position:** Commercial Conversion Assistant **Summary description:** Responsible for patient and lead engagement and relationship management originating from digital campaigns, overseeing the entire process from initial contact through post\-sale. **Key responsibilities:** * Handle patient and lead engagement and relationship management originating from digital campaigns (Instagram and Facebook), managing the full cycle from first contact to closing and post\-sale. * Respond to WhatsApp messages and inquiries generated by social media ads (Instagram and Facebook); * Provide empathetic service and schedule patients for complementary clinical center procedures; * Lead management and negotiation; * Manage the lead database through outreach campaigns and rescheduling attempts; * Conduct post\-consultation follow\-up with patients who attended but did not complete a purchase, pursuing renewed negotiation opportunities; * Manage the Urgency and Emergency database—patients referred for complementary procedures; * Manage the PSI database—patients who paid only the first implant stage and need to return for prostheses; * Post\-closing and operational tasks; * Receive authorization forms after sale closure, enter data into systems, and send payment links; * Receive patients in person for authorization form issuance and payments; * Register leads in the CRM and patients in Clinix; * Track referrals from on\-call staff and verify attendance and sales in the CRM database; * Maintain spreadsheet records and generate campaign\-based sales reports. **Requirements:** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. **Working hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance R$880.00 * Commission included in payroll * Transportation allowance * Free medical and dental assistance * Seniority bonus R$40.00 * Pharmacy partnership * And others.
