Job Summary: A professional responsible for sanitizing food and dishware, assisting with kitchen tasks, serving customers, organizing the premises, and checking expiration dates and temperatures. Key Responsibilities: 1. General kitchen assistance, including food preparation and cooking. 2. Direct customer service in the restaurant, serving and restocking. 3. Assisting with general organization and cleaning of the establishment. Sanitize food and dishware. Assist with kitchen activities, including cutting and preparing ingredients, baking and frying food to meet restaurant needs. Serve customers in the restaurant, deliver beverages, collect plates, restock food on the buffet line, and weigh dishes. Assist with receiving and storing goods. Contribute to the cleaning and organization of the facility. Check expiration dates and temperatures of food and equipment.
