This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on scalable, secure, and challenging financial solutions, with emphasis on integrations and microarchitecture. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop, test, and maintain Flutter-based applications for the financial market using class design principles (SOLID) to achieve clean architecture. * Create secure and scalable solutions aligned with our customers’ needs, emphasizing compliance and data security. * Understand the application development process using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD). * Work continuously seeking optimizations and solutions meeting high availability and scalability requirements. * Integrate financial systems—such as external databases, financial services, and investment platforms—ensuring smooth and secure integration. * Implement automated tests (unit and integration), using frameworks and best practices. * Actively collaborate with IT, business, and stakeholder teams to ensure technical and business requirements are effectively met. * Actively participate in agile projects, focusing on meeting deadlines and delivering continuous quality. * Identify performance issues and propose innovative solutions. * Ensure security of developed solutions, with special attention to regulatory compliance. * Deploy and maintain applications **REQUIREMENTS WE EXPECT FROM YOU** * **Mandatory: Proven experience in brokerage firms, asset management companies, or investment fintechs;** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Solid experience with Flutter using clean architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Test-Driven Development (TDD). * Knowledge of Firebase. * Familiarity with microarchitecture or microapps. * Familiarity with **agile methodologies**, such as **Scrum** and **Kanban**. * Ability to implement **automated tests**, including **Test-Driven Development (TDD)** and **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)**. * Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and time and deadline management skills. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Practical experience in the **financial market**, including integration with banking systems and investment platforms. * Knowledge of native development (Kotlin and/or Swift). * Knowledge of tools such as **SonarQube** for code quality analysis. * Analytical skills to effectively identify and solve problems. **BENEFITS WE OFFER YOU (PJ/Cooperative)** * 15 paid days off after 1 year of contract; * Birthday leave.
