Description

Job Summary: Operate and maneuver roller compactors, compact asphalt pavement layers, complete reports, monitor machine rotation, plan and organize work stages, and maintain equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Specialized operation of various types of roller compactors 2. Planning and organization of work stages 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Operate and maneuver static tandem, vibratory tandem, pneumatic-tired, and combination roller compactors; Compact asphalt pavement layers; Complete daily production checklists and reports; Monitor machine rotation according to assigned tasks; Plan and organize work stages; Estimate service duration; Check oil level, water level, and lubrication condition of equipment; Request corrective and preventive maintenance as needed; Maintain equipment in good condition and cleanliness; Report on-site incidents; Stay updated on machine and equipment upgrades; May specialize and perform tasks requiring higher experience and technical knowledge; Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards. SALARY: R$ 2.184,65 + R$ 648,40 Hazard Pay (40% of the current minimum wage) TRANSPORTATION ALLOWANCE: R$ 253,34 MEAL ALLOWANCE: R$ 250,00 TOTAL SALARY WITH BENEFITS: R$ 3.038,91 WE PROVIDE ON-SITE MEALS, BREAKFAST AND LUNCH.
