If you live near the Morada Nova neighborhood or are able to commute, we would love to hear from you!** **Responsibilities:** \- Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) related to pasteurization and filtration, ensuring all parameters remain within established limits; \- Continuously monitor pasteurization temperature and time, ensuring values are checked at regular intervals; \- Verify filter integrity, ensuring they are in good condition to prevent contamination, according to the specified frequency; \- Immediately implement corrective actions in case of deviations in pasteurization and filtration parameters, following company-established procedures; \- Demonstrate basic knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and identify types of biological and physical hazards that may affect product quality (monitored CCPs); \- Maintain detailed records of operations and monitoring, reporting any anomalies to the direct supervisor and Quality Control; \- Contribute to failure analysis by assisting in identifying root causes and proposing solutions to improve the pasteurization process; \- Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify technical issues, assisting in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment; \- Communicate with other departments, such as quality and maintenance, to ensure the flow of relevant information for operational performance; \- Monitor pressure and operation of valves and pumps associated with the pasteurization process, ensuring efficient and safe system operation; \- Maintain detailed records of operations and monitoring, ensuring records are completed without erasures; \- Strictly comply with internal company rules and safety regulations; \- Practice and promote company values and competencies in all activities. **Requirements:** \- High school diploma; **Desirable:** \- Experience in the food industry. **Benefits:** \- Meal on site. \- Transportation cost allowance or company shuttle \- Dental plan. \- Basic food basket or food card. \- Medical insurance Unimed Job type: Full-time CLT Pay: R$2\.000,00 \- R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Basic food basket * Food allowance Selection question(s): * Which neighborhood do you live in?
