· Monitor the start of operations on production lines daily. · Perform maintenance on the power generator, ensuring its availability according to a specific schedule. · Assemble electrical panels as needed. · Carry out maintenance on electrical panels of machines, equipment, and company facilities. · Keep the workplace clean and organized. · Perform repairs on building electrical circuits whenever necessary or requested. · Participate in the execution of activities related to electrical projects developed within the company. · Perform cleaning and maintenance of electrical panels. · Promptly respond to production calls for corrective and preventive maintenance. · Execute industrial and building electrical installations, including: o Motor and pump replacements; o Running electrical cables and installing conduits; o Installing submersible pumps at the ETE (wastewater treatment plant); o Performing thermographic measurements; o Replacing and maintaining floodlights, LED lamps, cables, electrical floats, sensors, and other equipment; · Perform cleaning and maintenance of batch printers; · Program recipes into bottle inspectors (empty and full) and time controllers for pumps and motors; · Install and configure temperature controllers, product counters, fans, soft starters, and frequency inverters, as well as measure motor and panel temperatures; · Accompany technical visits and service providers related to the technical team; · Respond to all corrective electrical maintenance requests; · Operate mobile platforms whenever necessary.
