Job Summary: Operate and maneuver roller compactors, compact asphalt pavement layers, complete reports, monitor machine rotation, plan and organize work stages, and maintain equipment. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment Operate and maneuver static tandem, vibratory tandem, pneumatic-tired, and combination roller compactors; Compact asphalt pavement layers; Complete daily production checklists and reports; Monitor machine rotation according to assigned tasks; Plan and organize work stages; Estimate service duration; Check oil level, water level, and lubrication condition of equipment; Request corrective and preventive maintenance as needed; Maintain equipment in good condition and cleanliness; Report on-site incidents; Stay updated on machine and equipment upgrades; May specialize and perform tasks requiring higher experience and technical knowledge; Work in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
