





The **Toniello Group** is seeking a **Sales Manager** with a strategic, organized profile and leadership capabilities. This professional will be responsible for planning and managing the sales process, ensuring achievement of targets and excellence in customer service. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Solid experience in team leadership and management; * Prior experience in the automotive sector. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Plan and maintain the sales program, managing and guiding the team to achieve targets and objectives; * Monitor revenue and customer service, develop marketing campaigns, and support marketing planning; * Serve internal and external customers, participating in negotiations when necessary; * Review sales proposals and authorize negotiations; * Manage documentation, vehicle registration, preparation, and delivery processes; * Conduct weekly team meetings, controlling and distributing targets; * Monitor daily sales and negotiations, ensuring showroom organization and smooth operation; * Authorize purchase and service invoices, analyze bonus letters and factory discounts, and participate in meetings with the vehicle manufacturer’s regional office; * Control fuel purchases, vehicle release for maintenance, and customer service flow and conversion; * Manage vehicle inventory and oversee all sales-related processes. **BENEFITS:** * Health, dental, and pharmacy plans; * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (fitness and wellness).
