Qualified technical support for construction monitoring and management We seek a **Senior Architect and Urban Planner** with strong technical expertise and strategic vision to coordinate the full lifecycle of project development. The professional will serve as the technical reference for conceiving, developing, and integrating urban (land subdivisions) and architectural (real estate developments) projects, ensuring legal compliance, feasibility, and innovation—from initial studies through construction management support. **Key Responsibilities** **Feasibility Management and Conceptualization:** * Coordinate and prepare technical, legal, and urban feasibility studies for new developments, analyzing indicators and proposing original solutions. * Lead conceptual project development, aligning cost, schedule, and quality assumptions. **Project Coordination and Development:** * Be responsible for developing and coordinating legal and executive projects (floor plans, sections, elevations, details), ensuring strict adherence to municipal regulations and applicable legislation. * Actively manage integration of complementary projects (electrical, hydraulic, structural), lead multidisciplinary team integration, and mitigate risks. **Modeling and Presentation:** * Develop and/or supervise creation of high-quality 3D models and digital mockups (renderings) for commercial presentations, approvals, and design studies. **Technical Management and Monitoring:** * Provide qualified technical support for construction monitoring and management, ensuring execution aligns with design and quality standards. * Provide technical guidance to assistants and interns on the team, promoting knowledge sharing. **Essential Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, with active professional registration at CAU. * **Proven Experience:** Solid prior experience coordinating and developing land subdivision and/or real estate development projects. * **Software (Advanced Proficiency):** * AutoCAD and Civil 3D (for urban and technical projects). * SketchUp (for modeling). * 3ds Max and/or associated renderers (e.g., V\-Ray) for high-quality rendering. * **Legislation:** In-depth knowledge of urban and environmental legislation applicable to land subdivisions and real estate developments. * **Construction Management:** Established experience in technical monitoring, construction management, or hands-on site experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge and application of project management methodologies (e.g., Scrum, PMBOK, PMI). * Proficiency in post\-production software (e.g., Photoshop). * Experience defining and monitoring project performance and quality indicators.
