SLA management for services provided to customers **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Control and monitoring of transport requests (material deliveries and pickups, stock transfers, loading, and transport tracking); Development and control of indicators, fleet flows, and costs; Development and monitoring of operational reports and KPIs; SLA management for services provided to customers (internal and external); Monitoring and management of discrepancies; Participation in alignment meetings for departmental projects; Report analysis (orders and deliveries). **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed high school education; Logistics experience; Ability to work under pressure; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel spreadsheets); Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract; Compensation: R$2.800,00 - R$3.000,00 per month; Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
