Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced import professional to strategically manage international logistics flows, with a focus on efficiency and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on process improvement, lead time reduction, and operational efficiency We seek a candidate with solid experience in import operations to play a strategic role in managing the company's international logistics flows. This position goes beyond operational execution, requiring analytical thinking, strong organizational skills, and continuous focus on efficiency and process improvement. The candidate will play a central role in driving import operations, with autonomy to manage substantial volumes and actively contribute to improving logistics performance amid company growth. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate cross-functionally across the entire import cycle—from purchase order placement through material delivery to the destination facility. * Ensure control and compliance of documentation related to import processes. * Continuously monitor timelines and milestones with logistics partners, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. * Identify opportunities for process improvement aimed at reducing lead time and increasing operational efficiency. * Anticipate potential logistical or bureaucratic risks and propose preventive solutions.
