Job Summary: The Junior Project Analyst will be responsible for the development, detailing, and organization of technical projects, ensuring accuracy and standardization. Key Highlights: 1. The **Junior Project Analyst** will participate in the development, detailing, and organization of technical projects, ensuring drawing accuracy for manufacturing, technical standardization, and direct support to the factory’s engineering and production routines. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review technical drawings in AutoCAD for projects and component detailing; * Develop technical detailing focused on manufacturing; * Support basic modeling in SolidWorks; * Prepare, organize, and review technical files for production processes; * Assist in interfacing between engineering, production, and related departments; * Use ERP systems (Esquadgroup CEM) to consult and organize technical information; * Adhere to technical standards, internal regulations, and engineering department guidelines. **Key Requirements:** * Advanced-level AutoCAD proficiency. * Basic-level SolidWorks proficiency. * Experience in component detailing for manufacturing. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Minimum education: Technical Diploma. * Knowledge of CNC file preparation. * Experience with software such as CUT2D or Aspire. * Familiarity with ERP systems tailored for window and door manufacturing. * Familiarity with machining, manufacturing, and window/door production processes. **Behavioral Profile:** * Organized and detail-oriented * Teamwork skills * Capacity for continuous learning * Proactivity and sense of responsibility * Discipline in adhering to technical standards Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Corporate partnerships and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance
