Partnership with Sales Ops and the commercial team to deliver tangible results Hyperflow | Uberlândia | MG | Hybrid Job Description We are looking for a **Growth & Performance Analyst** to work within the **Demand Generation** vertical, focusing on experimentation, data analysis, and continuous optimization of the growth funnel. This person will be responsible for executing and evolving acquisition campaigns, managing the lead journey in the CRM, and connecting marketing, data, and sales to improve efficiency, lead quality, and real business impact. If you enjoy testing hypotheses, analyzing the end-to-end funnel, making data-driven decisions, and collaborating closely with the commercial team, this role is for you. Responsibilities and Duties * Work within the **Demand Generation** vertical, responsible for execution, monitoring, and optimization of acquisition campaigns; * Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the growth funnel (Lead, MQL, SQL, Opportunity, Sale); * Design and conduct ongoing tests and experiments (formats, messages, channels, audiences); * Execute and optimize paid media campaigns (**Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads**); * Structure campaigns, ad sets, ads, audiences, and budgets; * Create, refine, and manage cold, lookalike, and remarketing audiences; * Support creative development, validation, and iteration in partnership with design and content teams; * Manage the lead journey within the CRM; * Monitor lead progression through the funnel and assess conversion quality; * Analyze performance and funnel metrics, including **CAC, CPA, ROI, ROAS**, and conversion rates; * Cross-analyze media, CRM, and sales data to evaluate campaign effectiveness; * Collaborate with **Sales Ops and the commercial team**, tracking SLAs and lead feedback; * Adjust campaigns based on real funnel data and sales team feedback; * Update performance and demand generation reports and dashboards; * Support strategic growth and marketing decisions through analysis and insights. Requirements and Qualifications * Experience with **performance marketing and paid media**; * Hands-on experience with **CRM** and lead journey management; * **Analytical, organized, and data-oriented** mindset; * Practical experience with **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads**; * Ability to interpret funnels and analyze consumer behavior. Desirable Qualifications * Experience in **SaaS or technology companies**; * Familiarity with **marketing automation and integrations**; * Certifications in paid media platforms.
